Pretty much right. The 100 hours PIC is for licence issue, if you intend to do a M/E CPL you will need 70 hours PIC before starting the course. You also need 200 hours TT for licence issue. Some schools may ask for more than the minimum requirements to start the course but that is always an in house decision.
