I did a Cert IV in T&A about a decade ago. It was painful: I didn't learn much and it took some time to complete. I concluded that the training institution simply exists to take your money.
Because this qualification has an expiry period, I doubt very much whether you'd get recognition of prior learning. If you do get some recognition, I doubt it will make bugger all difference to the time needed to complete the training.
Best to call a range of training providers to see how long their course takes to complete, after that perhaps discuss RPL.
