Apparently for those tier 2 (think that’s it) security controlled aerodromes that are serviced by Rex, are being downgraded to Tier 1, even though the requirements for tier 2 are very minimal and at least in one case the affected council doesn’t want to be downgraded.
The repercussions of the downgrade though, is Rex are threatening to pull out unless tier 2 is maintained.
