I’ve contacted Fly-in-Spain as well yesterday and are awaiting their reply. I’ll post it here when I get it.
Other considerations of doing renewal “close” to “home”, as opposed to doing it in another country, is that you get the most current local rules and regs, tips on best practices etc. I’m also considering endeavouring into an FI rating and for future secondary/supplementary work, involvement with a local training provider may be beneficial, if for no other reasons, then to grow the nearby network of people.
