Learning Maintenance on GA. Any tips or recommendations?

Hope you are all well, (and have been throughout the COVID season),
As it looks I got my CPL at one of the worst possible times (July), I have become interested in complementing my license with that of a maintenance course or class just to get my head completely around any tricks of the trade in relation to the aircraft.
I managed to get some great advice from all of you on my last post, but am just wondering if anyone has any tips on maintenance of GA aircraft, as well as recommendations of potential courses around the Melbourne region.
