So all sat 1 airlines have now been temporarily moved to sat 2? Are the jet bridges there being used? FR never uses them, but I have seen Jet2, Pegasus et al. use them on Sat 1, so wonder if they might use the ones on sat 2 that haven't been used in years
Jet2 and Pegasus only occasionally used bridges in SAT1 often when they had a flight heavy with wheelchair passengers.
Only 4 out of 8 air bridges are ever used in n SAT2 these are the ones linked to stands. B32, B33, C43 and C44. These all have links to the upstairs (International) gate area. The 4 bridges linked to the downstairs (Domestic) gates are all decommissioned and haven’t been used in years.
