The problem is that management spent months building a plan to cut our contracts instead of doing the one thing that could save the airline, ie lobby the government to reopen the borders.
Very few cases in China, Oz, NZ, most of Asia. That would have been a good start.
But no, as always, cutting cost is the only thing they can think of.
Hell, they even managed to piss off the only group bringing money to the airline.
If I was a 747 pilot, I think a reduction of 40-60% in working days for 2021 should be about right.
