Yes CRP is Expensive, but honestly, I found it very easy to use. I still have it. Just in case I will have some flight planning to do again with an SEP .

But maybe you can find a used one on Ebay or so. In my opinion worth the money. And although it is plastic, it is actually very lasting. Found one for about 18 Pounds on Ebay. Costs about the same extra to send it to your country.
