I don't know what influence might the PM's choice of airline have over the ordinary people in Norway, but I'm a little bit sceptical that T&Cs for the crew bother anyone outside the industry enough to influence their choice of airline to travel on. I'm in no way related to Scandinavia and haven't spent any meaningful amount of time there to know much about the local mentality, so I might be wrong, but elsewhere in Europe that's simply not the case. People mostly care about cost, convenience and those days - also about cleanliness and adherence to hygiene and distancing protocols. Just as most train passengers don't give a damn about how much the driver earns or whether the train guards are union members, most airline passengers can't be asked to factor treatment of crews into their travel choices.
