Thanks, So maybe my 68 GFR result IS related to the Long Haul lifestyle. Would be really interested in anyone's empirical or factual based opinion on whether coming off long haul disruption was likely to cause weight loss.
Based on two long'ish sabbaticals from long haul and now having finished for good I'd certainly say it's not impossible....certainly avoiding snacking to stay awake, and eating properly on a regular timetable seemed to bring the weight down.
A lot of course will depend on your downroute lifestyle (gym bunny or lounge lizard?) and whether you are more active at home now due to being less fatigued.
