Let me see if I got it right. You think EK are mismanaging the situation because they haven't converted their 115 A380s into restaurants or offered 115 daily flights to nowhere.
Sorry to be devil's advocate but, honestly, I don't think they could do much more than what they are doing in the current situation in terms of utilising the airplanes.
I'm pretty sure they're losing money with the 3 A380's they are flying these days.
