Of course the population have nothing to do with the current situation of rising cases as they have all stopped partying and are all follow the quarantine rules including when they return from their holidays from designated quarantine areas. I can fully understand why this happens as we all just want a normal life.
Maybe a sign that the country is just starting to get the latest spike under control with a hint of a drop in the R numbers
