Even the average person on the street knows that there is no certainty that they’ll be able to go abroad next year at this point.

At the moment its an exercise of who can preserve the most cash, and for the longest. Those with the lowest overheads are the strategic winners - so will depend on aircraft ownership vs leasing, staff costs etc.
