GCAA (UAE) conversion to EASA/FAA

Hi all,
How can one convert a GCAA license from the UAE to an EASA or FAA license? Is extra training required and what would the cost be approximately?

I am thinking about training at EFTA (by Emirates), but I’ll get a GCAA license of course. If I ever want to switch away from Emirates, I’d like to know what my options would be.
