Recently I was looking for LPC on dash 8 q400.
I can share my experience. Never received answer from easy-lpc. I used Google, searched for dhc 8 q400 type rating, because every ATO who offers type rating,also can do an LPC,but they are not mentioning it on their website,so I just sent email to all of them and all of them replied,so after that just choose cheapest option.
