Just want to give a BZ to easyJet for handling a disrupted flight yesterday. The LGW-KGS flight turned back over Belgium due to hydraulic system issues and we were in Kos waiting for the return flight.
To provide a replacement aircraft, standby crew, shuffle slf and baggage, source limited catering and only end up with a couple of hours delay time is quite an effort, and a further BZ to the skipper who took the time to personally speak in the cabin to explain why things had gone tits up.
