Gentlemen, I understand what you’re trying to say and I agree with some points. But we are all just lower levels employees (not even middle management) and we are not shareholders, investors, board directors or owners. When you start your own airline you can act in the most transparent way and make everyone happy. I’ve been made redundant a few times and I have never even thought of complaining about it on a public forum or providing my ex employees with suggestions of how they could have handled it better. Time to move on maybe and look into the future instead of past?
