It’s not exactly 0%, there is a 15% housing cut, 10% schooling cut and if you are ground staff a loss of leave as well. Also EK have had 50% pay cut for 6 months.
I personally think they will be screaming out for pilots the second the industry turns round. The number who return will be interesting to see, it could cause them a big loss in the long run.
