To be more precise situation is the following:
I have a friend PPL holder willing to qualify VP+RU+T, to save money he would like to use a local privately owned turbo arrow, not used in any club or flight school. (he probably pay just the gas)
He asked me if a FI could do this difference training on that aircraft and stamp the logbook, without going trough a DTO/ATO ($$$$)
I can't find any clear reference and I got difference feedback, all of them without any official reference...
