EASA difference training VP+RU+T

Hello gents,

Is it possible by EASA law for a FI to train and endorse a pilot holding a valid SEP(land) class rating, on variable pitch + retractable undercarriage + turbo on a private aircraft?

I'm struggling on finding an official answer...
