I'm guessing that you're referring to the November 2016 "RTO that never was" at Kristiansand, where (according to
Avherald) a Go2Sky B738 operating for Norwegian managed to travel 200 meters from a standing start with the parking brake set.
What's not in dispute is the fact that the aircraft subsequently took off and flew to Oslo unpressurised at FL150. Hmmm.
