very disappointing to hear most Victorian operators have ceased flying but 2-3 seem to think its okay to fly VFR and continue operations...
You do know Victoria is under different stages depending on Regional or Metropolitan? Regional flying schools are allowed to be operating under Stage 3 restrictions, whereas Metropolitan Melbourne who are under Stage 4 are the ones who have had to stop operating unless charter/freight ops.
