my friend FO salary flying to the limit will be much lower than 3-4K per month. And Captains new if they have a bond will be around 4000 flying to the limit as well.

the problem here is that Western Europe pilots are not going to accept that style of life without fix roster and living in bases like Chisinau, Skopje, Kiev and so.... because a ryanair is paying with the reduction 6-7k to a Captain giving a base in Western Europe and maintaining their Pattern Roster fix permanent 5/4, not firing anyone etc etc... and do not speak about EZY. Why? Simple, because citizens in Western Europe have rights, have Unions and do not permit them to do whetever they want.
so just imagine take a British Airways pilot or EZY pilot or even Vueling, Volotea, Iberia Express... and tell them to go for living in this Eastern Europe countries because they are going to live like a king... you will see the outcome.
people here has families, mortages, children’s school, pets, wife, parents. They have a life and people to maintain under their back. And YES is completely unsustainable for a family in UK, France, Italy, Germany or Spain to live with such money, rosters etc etc...
right now there will be desperate people that accept whetever they put on the table (specially FO) but this situation is just temporal. To be a pilot or a Captain is a long and hard way. It requires money, lot of money and effort and dedication during years. It has been like that and it will be, in addition Wizzair cannot take Captains from Ghana, USA, Asia... just EASA pilots (except for UAE 🇦&#127466 so the number of candidates is even smaller.
I’m really happy to see that a company has a potential to expand but they simply don’t have the resources and the manpower prepared in advance for such huge expansion.
you need pilots, good pilots, EASA pilots, TRI, LTC and TREs. Simulators enough to train and prepare such expansion. And they simply are not prepared. However and is not the best example Ryanair is dealing much better with the situation, keeping all their pilots ready to fly, buying simulators and waiting to have 40 new 737MAX for next summer ready to fly.
that is my opinion
