A relative just had a week in Mallorca (LGW-PMI) with just 14 pax total each way. Is this the current norm? Or exceptionally low?

easyJet internal politics?...Since the absorbing of GO the LTN base wary always of a STN base with large potential in close prox.
SEN too was fully stocked on day one with 3 airframes,all aircrew & a number of routes transferred wholesale from the STN base.
