And woe to you if you aren't. The only difference is that pretty much everywhere in the world other than the UK quarantine means that you are not allowed to step out of your home for any reason whatsoever. Not even for food. Not even to throw the rubbish bags into that bin just across the street. Not even for a quick cigarette in front of the doorstep.
