There's one fundamental difference though. Wizz Air is profitable, Norwegian is not.
Norwegian carries with it high costs, and always has. Wizz Air on the contrary has amongst the lowest cost base of any carrier in Europe and drives it's sales on volume. They are far better placed to justify the rate of expansion that Norwegian could not during the last decade.
