ELCOM had just installed power lines near the western threshold which effectively restricted the strip to one way. As a sequence of electricity being supplied to Lake Murray a portable generator was being freighted out. This was loaded into the front of the 402 (P2-GKA) instead of the cabin.
Any chance of telling us non PNG guys about the Neil Brooker at Lake Murray incident. I knew Neil back in the 70s when he was doing his CPL.
