A FO will be lucky to make 2000 Euros flying like hell.
For the time being China yesterday reopen borders for European foreigners. And I know some exWizz Captains waiting to get the Chinese VISA for going there and do the Assestment with Sichuan Airlines...
Pilots will say yes yes yes to everything but with the other eye will be looking for how market improves in Asia or South America and also in Europe. And as soon as they can they will run away and escape.
The only thing they are getting is to create bad environment and low moral between pilots and company. No motivation at all for most of FO to do upgrades because of their “new pay scheme”. Lack of motivation for poor and inconsistent roster that can let western pilots see their families with regularity. fatigue, hard summer...
but the worst part is to see how their colleagues fired a few months ago, are going to be offered to come back with the worst conditions that ever met Aviation world in the history.
This is the heading that Wizzair has choosen for managing the company and the expansion, of course now in August 2020 everybody will say yes sir but let see in the future what happen and how they will be remembered after the reputation they have gained in a very small pilots worldwide.
