This is obviously slightly disconcerting: asking at the airport for the return leg is not great.

I have had two corrupt emails from them that are not readable.

BA don't answer the phone at the moment.

Does anyone know what this actually means?
Well a reroute is a deviation from the previous route, it could be that the flight is departing from an airport other than VCE, it could be that it's arriving to an airport other than the scheduled LON airport, it could be that they have combined flights and it is routing VCE/LON via an intermediary airport, it could be one of a variety of things but then what sort of advance information would you really expect from the world's favourite?
