It's actually a shame that the market has been so unkind to easyJet - their market capitalisation means that they're currently worth less than Wizz Air, which isn't particularly logical if you look at the asset and cash base. With Gatwick definitely facing some long-term issues, if easyJet had been in a stronger position, buying a 50% stake in the airport would have been an incredibly logical step to take!
