i'd say so. If I recall the story was some Dr. bought it using superannuation funds as an "investment" (not sure how he thought that was ever going to be a good idea) - without having the first clue about aircraft.
Once pandoras box had been opened and he realized how much more money was going to be needed to get it to a point where you could actually use it for commercial charter the whole plan fell apart.
AFAIK it's sat there from 2016.
