To the relevant person, My name is Glen Buckley. I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act. The Ombudsman's office is now conducting an inquiry into my allegations of misconduct by several CASA personnel. In this request, I am seeking access to all information and correspondence that has been provided to the Ombudsman. I am of the opinion that some personnel in CASA have provided deliberately misleading information that may impact on the integrity of his investigation.
