Actually, think I may well have seen it, something quite large trailing a bit further further west than I was expecting and a slightly different angle. Two Ryan Air 737s were the only aircraft in the vicinity following pretty much the same route. Shame there was so much cloud...
It flew right overhead my son in Hove, and it was trailing.... he sent me a photo.
