Anyone with a JAA ATPL dont bother, Tap and all Portuguese airlines are a waist of time for you!
They only employ their own with Portuguese licences, that aren't worth squat outside of Portugal!
Anyway, Tap own part of a large flight academy in Evora, central Portugal and have a stack load of Portuguese pilots training there.

In Portugal its who you know plus a few hundred Euro's in the back pocket to get anywhere with anything!
I know, cos I've been there, done that and been shafted by 'em !!

Stay away and wait for decent airlines in more civilized countries to advertise vacancies!
