Another anti human policy. EasyJet did/still do this. Two people at two different bases with a mutual swap requirement...sorry no can do. They think they save money with such policies but at the end of the day the pilots get fed up and leave thereby costing the company more to replace/train. The amount of false economy at low cost airlines is staggering. Penny wise, pound foolish.
