Say BA had 5 Athens a day with 85% load factor last year.
Post Covid 2 a day with 100% load factor.
Scenario one has about 750 paying pax.
Scenario two has about 350 paying pax.
Its gonna take a big calculator and a very sophisticated pricing algorithm to make money even at 100% load factor.
Too expensive and no one flies. Too cheap and you may as well not fly and just flush money down the toilet for fun🤑
