Unfortunately the 4 months unpaid leave (pseudo furlough) is just to hedge their bets whilst they see what happens to the future loads. If no sign of picking up I’m sure more will be added to the squeezed lemon pile. I think the lack of load and direction is probably a bit of a shock to them....poor loves!
