Romania and Bulgaria are not on the list of exempt countries and for example Greece has now closed their borders to them unless they show a negative test result 72 hours before.
Oddly after months of being the ill man of Europe with Sweden we are now one of the better fairing, looking loosely only Finland, Cyprus, Montenegro and Ireland were overly strict on us in Europe now with Austria dropping their restrictions tomorrow.
