Regarding Island quarantine rules. It might have to do with the number of Spaniards catching flights to the islands as this is their traditional holiday period. Places like Madrid are back in the red zone.
Accoding to the BBC Spain, Portugal and Sweden are all showing around 40 cases per 100,000 of population while the U.K. is showing about 15 cases per 100,000.
Romania at 59.7 and Bulgaria at 44.8 are higher so I wonder how they escaped.
