London is more of a mixing point than Tenerife ever will be and there is no lockdown there.
Most of the holidays I have had in Tenerife for last 5 years have not involved the mixing with other nationalities close enough to catch anything. Dinner with Wizzair friends on a couple of occasions, not a boozer and of an age where PDLA is of no interest so it is doing own thing.
As Canary Islands have effectively kept cases at a minimum perhaps trusting them V a UK Govt who apparently didn't know slavery was in operation in Leicester and in car washes close to you may be a better idea.
