I follow a guy on YouTube called Spain Speaks with his daily updates. This was inevitable with nightclubs and bars opening. Much of the Mediterranean coast is now back in a red zone as reported today. As normal the BBC has dug out a newspaper reporter in Spain who says it is nonsense.
