I believe Mach.888 is correct - "These people are no leaders. They don’t care about people." Not only do the Presidents not care, they do not understand the long term value of people. They think the H in HR stands for Hired.
From what I saw of them . . . STC thinks people were put on this earth to be shouted at and fired. The other one thinks people should be ignored. And then fired.
