Wizzair has always had, for every base in the network, a crew car service. There are pick up points all over the city for reports before 7am and checkouts after 22pm. It is usually no big deal to arrange pickup points close to the most popular areas for crew accomodation.
They do that not because they are kind, but because most of the cabin crew cannot afford a car on that salary, and public transportation is not always provided at those times to the airport.
