These people are no leaders. They don’t care about people.
They don’t care about families or children.
A leader would say “It’s better if we all suffer a little then some of us to suffer a lot ?
If they had the the slightest piece of a hart they could have picked a different route.
Instead they used the Covid 19 as an excuse to reshape the company. Get rid of a lot of the more expensive crews and scare everybody ****less.
How many sick days do you guys think there will be in the future. I guess .... none.
