It’s not hard. If you are a current multi engine pilot then it’s a non event. With several thousand hours as a ME Instructor and Examiner I can tell you the only real problems you will encounter if you are actually current is poor touch drills and slow response in EFATO drills that allow the aircraft to sink and drift. Stay on top of them doing the drills correctly, get the aircraft clean and climbing.
