I had to read that post twice! I live just to the South of Leeming directly under the approach and I have to say, it's just not that busy or noisy. I just hear enough to let me know that they're there but it is in no way intrusive. A mate lives in Scruton.......it's noisy there but he doesn't mind and nor do I when I visit...........and yes, it does have a good pub! Feel free to PM and I'll tell you what I know.
