Based on whatever information about expansion plans and traffic growth is publicly available, I can't see anyone getting a start date earlier than sometime in October. Therefore, assessments are unlikely before the second half of August or even September. Hence, it's not particularly likely that anyone will get any reply to their application earlier than next month. Given the overall uncertainty of the situation and the fact that the majority of applicants will likely be unemployed and ready to start on a very short notice, the lead time for recruitment will probably not be any longer than absolutely necessary to obtain an ID card and pass the company conversion training.
