Personnel will be going through files very thoroughly when deciding who to bring back once the schedule picks up again. Older crew with poor records may as well forget it. Younger crew with a reasonable experience level and a good history with the company will be first in line.
Market forces will determine T&Cs, with a low end opening offer to see who bites, and then possibly bumped up a bit if they aren't getting the sort of applicants they want.
