From what I saw, just when you think they can't do any worse, another name that's a brick in the foundation gets added to the pile.
It's almost like they don't want any experience, flying instinct, backbone or decent pilots arou... oh wait...
(That's not to say those left dont include the above, but the extremes they are going to frankly boggles the mind)

They're cutting out the roots of the CC community as well. At this rate the survivors in the flight deck will need to pack their own lunch, the remainders will be too busy kissing pax a$$ (more so than currently) down the back in fear of their jobs to attend to you...
