All the new outbreaks in Spain have been in the north (Galicia, Aragon and Catalonia). Spain is a big country. Surely the 'ScoGov' could have specified those areas for the quarantine list? Other government have shown that you can be 'area specific' like that, e.g. Belgium with their 'red listing' of Leicester for quarantining (
Belgium tells Leicester arrivals to quarantine) from within a much (geographically) smaller and more 'condensed' country like Britain. Or is it that the ScoGov just wanted to be 'different from the English' and who cares about the jobs?
I am sure that Newcastle and Manchester airports will do better out of this 'ScoGov' decision though.
